Deeply interviews divide the questions into different categories according to the content that interviewers want to know. Ask questions from simple to complex, from the basic perception to the users’ experience step by step. The questions should mainly be the questions in the list and we can also develop the questions according to the user’s answer. Then we can get more information. The question may be important but we forgot. Deeply interviews get the information by communicating with users face to face. Try to collect and analyze the information according to the users, the purpose of using service, reasons of satisfied or unsatisfied, details, requirement, etc.
